I suspect that when customers come off contract,
( or they negotiate to RE-Contract their services ) they will be offered
new prices..

If you have customers on a retainer $1k per month ( 12 month contract ) ,
do you just automatically give all those guys the new pricing of $500 per
month,
when you decide to change it or do they have to wait till their contract is
up ?

we have already established peering IS Contracted...
