[AusNOG] Nextgen Engineer - Perth

Anyone know of a Nextgen engineer in Perth?? Something is borked with our
link in DC2 and the SMC guys are not the most helpful people.. I want to
know who provisioned the link as it come up for roughly 30 seconds and gone
missing  :/ and had not come back since.. TDR tests are saying cables are
dead 170m away
