Id suggest looking into the 3560X, I think that one does about 80Mpps, wheres as the 3750X, does about 150Mpps if I remember correctly. with the 3750x your paying a fair bit for the stackwise backplane too, something that is nice if you want to etherchannel between switches for redundancy and performance.

Only single power supply unless you go RPS, which always seemed kind of hacky to me. 3560X has dual PSU built in. Depends on the use though, it might be better to go 4948 in case buffers are a concern.
