If I had ten dollars off every user over the years who cried "it wasn't
us" and then found their routers open and accessible from the net, with
no wireless security, no security full stop, and with the devices
default password still set, I could have bought my new cabin cruiser
some time ago, It amazes me how some people are even able to get on the
net in the first place!

As those in the ISP game know, you can send a notice to customers every
month, but SFA of them ever bother to read it, and sadly heading the
warning with some crap about pending service disconnection wont work,
because so many scams around most anti-spam code triggers on it :)

Though I agree sending letters out is a bit silly,  why not pop a
default letter in their letter box then and there.
