[AusNOG] class c range

Hi.

I have a client who has a class c address range but is not using it.
They have asked me what they can do with it and whether it is possible to
sell it.

I have done some research and found that address ranges can be transferred
across to a new administrator...

Is there a going price for a class c,
If so where would my client go to trade it...?
