[AusNOG] SFP clamshells

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get a stack of clamshells to hold SFPs? The 
one found in this link is exactly what I need:

My Google-fu appears to be failing me because I can't find them 
anywhere. I managed to find the patent but no one selling the clamshells 
alone.
