[AusNOG] Hotel room device identification

OK, so after identifying that in-room wireless/wired device, it turns out
that no one keeps it in stock and its a 3 month production lead time - and
30% up front before you can order it.

Anyone know of anything similar that can turn a wired internet connection
in a room into a little wireless+wireless device?  I presume someone here
may have come across something similar to these units.  I did like the
format of these and they worked well in my hotel room in New Delhi.
