I too have been looking for a solution that does what you're asking for
and unfortunately I can't find one with all of the features you list. I
was hoping Google Drive when used with Apps would have some non
user-centric model however this isn't the case and like you say it's all
about a 'user' rather than an organisation.

The closest product that I have found currently that will deliver the most
number of your requirements is 'SpiderOak'.

The trial seems to work well and there are a lot of options around
syncing/sharing/backup. Pricing seems pretty reasonable too.
