[AusNOG] Velocity Internet - e-mail issue - any ops/sysadmin folk on list?

[posting to AusNOG really is my last resort to sort this out -- I have
tried, several times over a loooong period of time, going via 'proper'
channels.]

If anyone from Velocity Internet (velocitynet.com.au) is on this list,
could you please contact me regarding an e-mail forwarding
configuration your frontline support folks
(support at velocitynet.com.au) seem unwilling/unable to fix?

It should approximately 28 seconds to resolve.
