[AusNOG] No ISP - No Frills NBN

Anyone heard more about this venture? Bit surprised I haven't seen any word
on AusNOG given they're claiming the target is 'like-minded' individuals
and that it's being spruked as started by network engineers.

Who's up for starting an ISP-staff-only NBN service, then later we'll make
one for Plumbers, Cabinetmakers and Mechanics too?*

*Joking, Mario is the only plumber for me.
