The other issues we had with AAPT seem to have been cleared up by a
misconfiguration, it took a while to find an engineer on AAPT's side who
knew what they were doing/talking about. As I've been chatting with one of
the managers with AAPT via email the past few hours. They will still I can
take from the email look into what happened to find how they can improve
their customer service which is only a good thing to be honest with you.
But now that our QOS configuration on their gear has been fixed, our heavy
EIGRP flaps cleared up also (our routing protocol prec marking wasn't being
trusted by the AAPT PE switching equipment and was stripped for BE).
Regards,
Jeff
