[AusNOG] Looking for Contacts to remove radb data that is incorrect

Hello,

Normally a contact is attached to the record but if you email me directly I
can assist you with the Vocus one. You'll likely find these are not
"incorrect" entries but entries that had to be created to work with upstream
International providers that require an entry for permission to pass their
filters (ie Level3).

In the absence of a customer having their own entries, providers will enter
proxy ones.
