That will have about the same impact as a fly hitting a car windscreen. As most downstream DNS servers cache their objects, sure a couple of sites may go dark, but it will be isolated to the downstream DNS cache.

Whilst I agree in principal with the idea's of what they are doing, they are going about it all wrong. If a cop stops you on the street you are more likely to get a warning if you are nice to them, the second you are confrontational they will be more likely to write a ticket.
