[AusNOG] AAPT outages at roughy 7pm

Sure did. Alarms started clearing at about 7.20 even there portal was 
down. No idea what happend. Perhaps one of the nice AAPT lurkers would 
be nice enough to enlighten us or better still take the advise I gave 
them last time they had an outage like this.  Open a twitter. When 
there's and outage get some one to pick up a mobile phone in the call 
center and type some stuff it. Something simple like "Tripped over a 
cable, plugging it back in now" would be great.
