[AusNOG] Telstra Outage?

Interesting, we had a Nextgen outage in WA only at almost exactly the same time... lasted around 20 minutes from 12:14 to 12:34 WST
Nextgen said "We suspect the outage was due to fibre disturbances as contractor were working in vicinity of Nextgen fibre. Further root cause still under investigation"
Can't see how Telstra and Nextgen would both be affected by same works?  Coincidental?  Unless Telstra contractors caused both outages!
