FWIW I'm in complete agreement with Lincoln and Tim.  Whilst such a solution is technically possible, you do have to ask what problem are they trying to solve, and if there are better ways to accomplish this.
Show me a company that has an Orwellian internet monitoring policy, and I will show you their employees badmouthing them  via Facebook from a smartphone in a toilet cubicle!

Are they prepared to build a faraday cage around their toilets?
