The other search term you should be looking for is Geo-coded National Address File (G-NAF). The PAF is mail-delivery focused, and will include details of post-office boxes, locked boxes, etc.  G-NAF is for physical addresses.   Then there is NEXIS, which incorporates both the G-NAF dataset and cadastral property parcel information, amongst others.
