Jason - Mark was trolling for a 2GB interview. In reality the nice man from Grandma's
loyal phone provider will make an appointment, turn up in a van, fiddle with the
wiring for half an hour, and drive away with Grandma none the wiser that her familiar
old phone is now getting dialtone over the shiny new cable instead of the old shabby
one the man took away. She won't be charged a cent, but she might notice from then on
the calls sound a bit clearer, and don't go all fuzzy after a heavy rain. The nice man
in the van must have fixed something.

 Paul.
