We had a customer with major issues and all we could get out of Pacnet was:

Dear Customer,

With reference to your Pacnet Ticket Number XXXX, please be advised that the latency issue is due to a network event that is still ongoing at the moment. Our engineer is currently investigating the issue and we will revert back to you once we have any updates.
But they wouldn't elaborate.... Wondering how wide it was.
