[AusNOG] iinet routing issue

so domestic access is fine? international is mostly fine, except for one
destination in particular? I'm not ready to discount anything with the
limited info provided but it does sound pretty obviously to be an issue
closer to the remote end rather than on iinet's end. Wouldn't _all_ their
international traffic be affected at the very least if it was an iinet
issue?
