[AusNOG] Optus issues?

Our issue is being seen externally, im not sure if laxow is Singapore or Los Angeles.

Can anyone confirm the geographic location of LAXOW?

It looks like there is some bgp flapping going on, so  the link looks like its coming up and going back down.

Maybe a DDOS smashing the link in Singapore?

We are seeing issues from Sydney to Melbourne. apparently Next Gen have a major fiber fault in the Melbourne area.
