[AusNOG] Optus ULL - Naked DSL tails

Hey all,

For years Optus has lots of problems when it comes to installing their Naked DSL tails.

I am wondering what it is like these days as we're considering them for a project and I want to know is the rollout costs going to blowout because of carrier problems, or have things settled down these days.

Please send all replies off-list, I am not looking to bash Optus, just trying to find out other recent experiences … Thanks
