I'd suggest one avoid using non-local or low latency dns servers (Unless:
the ones nearby are untrustworthy, e.g. in a country where they have a habit
of messing with dns or firewalling its citizens). Me personally, i use my
local isp's one, until Google switch to having resolvers in Australia.
