Yep - beat up.  Went to good old JB Hifi and checked out the Asus Eee Pad Transformer.  Have to say very sexy.  Anyway here is the screen capture of the backup section on the setting screens.

I think it's set as a default "off" (might buy one to find out :)) and it's clearly set out on this device as saying "Wifi passwords".
