BIGAIR DOWNPLAYS VOCUS TAKEOVER TALKS

BigAir has downplayed media speculation that Vocus Communications is eyeing a takeover of the fixed wireless provider. Fairfax reports suggested that Vocus was “considering a punt” on BigAir and that the two had engaged in preliminary discussions. However, the latter has since said that it “has not received a formal offer or takeover proposal.”
