[AusNOG] Tech Required - Melbourne

Afternoon List;

 

We have had a service go down in Carrum Downs and require a tech to go
on-site and console into the Cisco 877 and see why it's making our lives
difficult and then most likely just power cycle the CPE to get it back
online.

 

If anyone can assist please reply off-list.
