If you are looking for a top flight commercial solution (at an appropriate cost naturally) then you should have a look at the Peakflow kit from Arbor Networks. Not only is it a fantastic solution for tracking inter-as traffic, Arbor is also a long term supporter of AusNOG (so they must one of the good guys :)
