[AusNOG] FW: Optus

Ok, so the inter-cap situation is that Nextgen is running on 1 or 0 paths (depending on the source of the news) and Optus is running on 1 path.  Not the best news I've heard lately.  There are lots of significant transit paths out of Qld that "don't use Telstra".
