[AusNOG] Connectivity issues with 1.0.0.0/8 address space

It should, in theory, be easier as people would have been forced to look at their bogon filters from the early allocations out of ex bogon ranges.

Hopefully many network admins would have either removed bogon filtering entirely, or put something in place to keep them up to date.
