[AusNOG] Connectivity issues with 1.0.0.0/8 address space

I figure if anyone's got a chance in hell of getting admins to do it, it'd be bigpond (in .au, anyway). I had a hell of a time getting people to listen to me when I was trying to contact people when we got our allocation within 110/8.
