[AusNOG] Final /8 allocated to APNIC from IANA (103/8)

The IANA pool went to zero because APNIC got the last two /8s which dropped the pool to the last 5 /8s.
However, APNIC currently has a specific policy about the last /8 which means it won't drop to zero as it changes the allocation scheme to a /22 for each APNIC member who can justify more space.

Thanks Narelle.
If my maths is right:
16,777,214 addresses in the /8
In 2010 248,800,000 IP's were allocated - 681,643 per day
Assuming there is no change in the growth rate in 2011, there is 24.6 days until this last /8 is empty
