How about an old AS5300? You can find these pretty cheap 

 

These can run as an ISDN switch (interface network emulate) you just
have to program up the dial plan to support your lab...

if its purely for the purpose of studying, then perhaps consider getting
one of the US based ISDN simulators, they also have support use of SPIDs
which is more commonly used in labs & exams from North American
orientated networking firms.
