I was googling to find an active community/mailing list to discuss about

a. Termination of VOIP call (in and out Australia)
b.  Hosting/Renting softswitch services in Australian DC
c. VOIP calling card based solution (Prepaid, Credit card etc)

Not sure whether AusNOG mailing list is the right place or can any one point me to the right mailing list please?
