[AusNOG] [off-topic] Internet filter still looms large: Patten

The recent thinking is that this thing will be used on torrent sites,
as well as for general censorship :)

P.S. Why do you think the fact that "no one wants to be censored"
matters to the government's pursuing its own interests?
