Sounds to me Jason actually knows what he is talking about + has an understanding of how to deliver services quickly with less cost.

Rosemary keeps saying "we must build it, we must build it, we must build it" and won't listen to any other conversation thread.

And the best part, the interview was not laden with tech speak. Even my admin staff could understand the discussion.
