Digital Productivity?   It's hard not to make some kind of finger puppet joke.   Or maybe the NBN brings higher bandwidth so that sign language is easier to read via high def video? (To close a loop to an argument here earlier this week).

Anyway, the minister still seems to want to "flip us the bird" with respect to filtering.
