Sorry for not being clearer. My thought was merely that 20 years ago we had a 100% Government owned fixed line monopoly called Telecom Australia (Telstra) and with all the legislation, effort and billion$ spent, we are finding ourselves with a new fixed line monopoly, one that is 100% Government owned. It just had a Marty McFly feel about it.
