That would be "puppet" http://www.puppetlabs.com/

Best practice these says seems to be that since you are using config 
management to configure the box once it's live you should to the minimum 
in Kickstart.

Have a look at Spacewalk (free) and Satellite (paid) from redhat for some 
more end-to-end automation that ties them all togeather:
