[AusNOG] Was wondering if anyone would have recommendations for IT / Remote Hands support for Clayton VIC

Hey all,

We've got a client down in Clayton VIC who's having some Ethernet issues (loss of connectivity between two switches) post Telstra attending site this morning and removing an old Commander VPN router (they're now with another carrier)

Given we're in WA, its quite a drive to site and was wondering if anyone on list knew of (or owned/worked for) any reliable IT/networking companies who do field work around the Clayton VIC area...

It should be a simple case of identifying what port needs to be reconnected but the users down there are definitely not IT literate :)


Responses off list would probably be quieter :)
