[AusNOG] Any recommendations for companies to support/troubleshoot issues with a multi-site Cisco CME installation

Hi guys,

One of our clients has been having ongoing issues with voice quality on their Cisco CME installation and they've having issues getting any decent technical support out of their phone guys.  (We're data guys, not phone guys so this it through a 3rd party company currently)

Does anyone have any recommendations of any good Cisco VOIP engineers/support companies in the Perth metro area with expertise in Cisco CME?
