WIPO (www.wipo.int) handles international domain name disputes for intellectual property infringements. I'd dispute the domain name with them.

Unless their hosting company/ISP has something in their Ts and Cs you can leverage (but then they can always move it), WIPO is probably your best bet.

Assuming you win, control of the domain name is then passed to you.
