Optus have an Evolve PE ("J32DD11") in Darwin so as long as you can
get the access/transmission you want, you should be able to get
connectivity across their network to just about anywhere.

One of our customers has three sites in Darwin connected by Optus
fibre, so there is some local cable plant.
