[AusNOG] DC Flooded in Melbourne?

Does anyone know whether the flooding was caused by water from
terrestrial flooding, or via the roof.  If it was the later, was it
excess flow filling roof drainage and spilling over, or via damage to
the roof (assuming it's a tin roof type structure).  I can't remember
the roofing type of GC, but I'm constantly surprised by how many
datacentres in Australia have the steel roofing structures.  Kind-of
datacentres in a "Bunnings Shed".
