Yeah, I've got a few direct replies.

Apparently they bought the building next door which housed Skilled - which would have been zoned (or promised to be re-zoned) for the purpose, but council said no to the DA due to neighbour noise complaints... so they had to go elsewhere.

Expensive purchase for nothing.

3000 racks is a HELL of a lot of space isn't it... how much does SYD-1 hold now?
