If you're still messing around with different colours then you're a n00b.   Surely by now you can feel the different vibrations as the types of data change the Feng Shui of the cables as they pass along?
Can you not feel the calm traquilness of serial versus the raging throb of insecure internet?

Plus, different colours clash.   Go for one single colour, deep green for best results and maximum calmness.
