"Telstra has signed an $11 billion deal with NBN Co to transfer
customers from the copper network onto the National Broadband Network's
fibre network and share Telstra's infrastructure.

The deal was announced in Canberra this afternoon by Prime Minister
Kevin Rudd and Telstra CEO David Thodey."
