Pick a TPG prefix and chuck it in here <http://bgplay.routeviews.org/>.

You'll see TATA had an oops and TPG lost all connectivity to them ~1900 
local time. They still had connectivity to TWTC, which would be why 9942 
appears to have gone somewhat unscathed, (most of those prefixes are 
sent to them only).
