[AusNOG] Brumby's proposed Under 25 Driving Curfew

Heh, I would be in the same situation :) since everything goes wrong 
after midnight... One would also hope there's exception's to this rule 
for people with jobs (e.g. NOC shifts) that end at weird times.

You know what else would reduce road deaths? Banning cars altogether, 
but don't let them know that or they'll try to do it.
