Hey guys... I had this quotation request come across my desk this afternoon, and have no idea really where to start looking... other than Telstra who will just resell AT&T any advice would be fantastic.

The requirement is a 10mbit/10mbit point to point service from Melbourne to South Africa routed the most direct route for lowest possible latency.
