[AusNOG] filtering and marginal seats

itnews.com.au's visitors are probably going to be 99% people in the IT Industry and all fairly knowledgeable - their votes are largely predictable.
I'd guess that there are alot more un-educated people who don't care or who are blindly aligned to one party or another who don't even consider the filter an issue.
